NorCal CPAP will accept returns on unopened products.

For in-store sales: within 30 days of receipt. 

For online orders: within 30 days of shipping date.

The refunded amount will be 85% of receipt total (Total amount -15% processing fee) and minus the shipping cost charged by the shipping service (typically about $15-$25) for online orders.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after inspection of products.
